Give the brief more than a style name
Begin with the guest experience you intend to offer and the real property. A compact city studio, a family holiday apartment and a quiet rural retreat need different decorative narratives. Your own photographs help distinguish the visible setting from an aspirational moodboard.
A visual study can explore the relationship between furniture silhouettes, colour, materials and lighting. It does not establish sleeping capacity, validate accessibility or assess whether surfaces will withstand commercial turnover. Those requirements need their own evidence and professional checks before procurement.
Separate the concept from the listing promise
A future design illustration must not be presented as the current condition of the accommodation. Keep the original photographs and label proposals clearly when discussing them with owners, partners or contractors. Once work is complete, use accurate photographs of what guests can actually expect.
Build a useful accommodation brief
- Identify the room and its intended use without assuming extra capacity.
- Describe the guest atmosphere separately from operational requirements.
- Check cleaning, replacement and maintenance needs with the operator.
- Plan independent safety and local accommodation compliance reviews.
Professional work starts with a defined request
Airbnb and other commercial hosting projects are considered on request and custom quote. Present the property type, spaces involved and intended use to the studio. Scope, deliverables and price must be agreed before any commitment; there is no automatic whole-property or multi-room package.
AI contributes to the visual concepts. Human designer review, product sourcing, shopping lists, technical drawings and renovation management are not included. A concept does not guarantee bookings, platform ranking, nightly rate, occupancy or return on investment. 3DFUZ is not affiliated with Airbnb.
