2. Data processed
- Email and order contact details.
- Room photograph, room type, style, indicative budget and instructions.
- Package, order identifier, payment status and generation history.
- For a customer review: first name or nickname, rating, comment, publication consent and associated project.
- Approximate country, IP address, technical logs and security data.
- Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not received by 3D Fuz.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Creating, delivering and supporting the project: contract.
- Payment and order administration: contract.
- Collecting and publishing a verified customer review: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
- Security, abuse prevention and error diagnosis: legitimate interests.
- Accounting, tax and legal compliance: legal obligation.
- Optional marketing or non-essential trackers: consent where required.
4. Photographs and automated generation
Photographs and instructions are processed automatically to create the requested concepts. They may be sent to the configured artificial-intelligence providers used to perform the service, including OpenAI and, when enabled, Google Gemini.
Files and results are stored privately and accessed through a personal link. 3D Fuz does not publish them or use them for advertising or to train its own models without separate permission.
5. Providers and transfers
Access is limited to authorised personnel and necessary hosting, security, storage, payment, generation and support providers. Providers planned for this VPS version include IONOS for hosting, Stripe, OpenAI, Google Gemini when enabled, and Resend when configured for email. Their contracts, locations and safeguards must be verified before paid launch.
If data leaves the EEA, an adequacy decision, the applicable EU–US framework or Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards will be used as required.
6. Retention
- Incomplete orders and files: a short period to be defined, then deletion.
- Customer photographs and results: an access period to be defined and aligned with automatic deletion.
- Billing data: the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Customer reviews: until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested by the author.
- Support requests and security logs: only as long as necessary and proportionate.
Exact periods and automated deletion must be finalised before payments are enabled.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

8. Cookies, security and changes
The site uses technical elements needed for operation, security and checkout. The payment provider may use necessary anti-fraud and payment cookies. Optional trackers will not be placed before the user’s choice and will offer equally easy accept and reject options.
3D Fuz uses encrypted connections, access controls and private file storage. This policy may be updated as the service, providers or law changes.
