1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern orders placed with 3D Fuz for personalised decorative visualisations created from photographs and instructions supplied by the customer.
They apply to consumers and, where compatible with their status, business customers. Mandatory consumer protections apply only to individuals acting outside their trade or profession.
2. Service provider
The service is provided by LUDINVESTS SAS — 3DFUZ, 12 place des Moineaux, 95300 Pontoise, France.
- LUDINVESTS SAS · SIRET: 87865883000012.
- Share capital: €171,100.
- Trade registration: 878 658 830 RCS Pontoise.
- VAT number, where applicable: to be completed.
- Customer-service email: design@3dfuz.com. Telephone number: to be completed.
3. Service
Depending on the selected package, 3D Fuz supplies a stated number of personalised photorealistic concepts for inspiration and purchasing decisions.
The visuals are not architectural drawings, technical studies or building quotations. Dimensions, colours, materials, proportions and product references may differ. Technical and regulatory decisions must be checked by a qualified professional.
4. Ordering and payment
The customer selects a package, describes the project, uploads a photograph and checks the information before confirming. The order becomes binding after acceptance of these terms and payment confirmation.
Prices shown at checkout are in euros and include applicable taxes. Packages are one-off purchases with no subscription unless expressly stated. A secure payment provider handles payment; 3D Fuz does not receive full card numbers.
5. Performance and delivery
Work starts after payment confirmation and receipt of a usable photograph. The applicable period is shown during checkout or in the order confirmation. Results are delivered electronically through a personal page or link which must be kept confidential.
If a material technical problem prevents completion, the customer may be offered a replacement, revised timeframe or refund.
6. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have fourteen days from the contract date to withdraw. When a consumer expressly requests performance during that period, a proportionate amount remains payable for work already completed. The right is lost only after full performance, with prior express consent and acknowledgement.
A request may be sent to LUDINVESTS SAS — 3DFUZ, 12 place des Moineaux, 95300 Pontoise, France or to design@3dfuz.com.
Template: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for the 3D Fuz service ordered on [date], reference [number]. Name, address, date and signature if sent on paper.”
7. Customer responsibilities and image rights
The customer confirms that they may lawfully use and transmit each photograph and that it does not infringe another person’s rights. People, confidential documents and sensitive information should not appear.
The customer must provide accurate instructions and a clear image. An unusable file may require a new upload and delay delivery.
8. Results and shopping references
After full payment, visuals may be used for personal or internal purposes related to the project. Resale or separate commercial exploitation requires prior written permission. 3D Fuz will not publish customer files for promotion without separate permission.
Purchases from referenced retailers are separate contracts governed by those retailers. Affiliate links may generate a commission for 3D Fuz without increasing the customer price and will be disclosed when applicable.
9. Complaints, liability and force majeure
Complaints should include the order reference and issue details. 3D Fuz is not responsible for subjective taste differences, building decisions taken without professional checks, or third-party product availability. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Neither party is responsible for an event of force majeure recognised under applicable French law.
10. Mediation and governing law
After an unresolved written complaint, an eligible consumer may use the appointed consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator’s name, address and website must be added before payments are enabled.
French law applies without depriving customers in other countries of mandatory local protections. Courts are determined by applicable jurisdiction rules.
